                               Reservation and Cancellation Policies

• A credit card number or personal check is used to guarantee your reservation.
• A written confirmation will be sent once we receive your deposit or credit card guarantee. We accept cash, personal checks, Master Card and Visa.
• Reservations recommended.
• All cancellations are subject to a 20% handling charge.
• Deposit will be refunded if cancelled with three weeks advance notice.
• Cancellation less than three weeks, refund will depend on re-booking.
• Balance of payment is due upon arrival.
